Food and Beverage Manager – Food and BeverageOliver, originally from the Philippines, brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Food & Beverage Manager at The Rees Hotel. With over 25 years in the global hospitality industry, Oliver has honed his skills in Southeast Asia, the Maldives, Macau, and the UAE, consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences and showcasing strong leadership and a dedicated focus on customer service.
In 2021, Oliver completed a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management in Sydney, further solidifying his expertise in the field. Recently relocating to Queenstown in May 2023, he has quickly embraced the community, calling it his second home. In his downtime, Oliver enjoys exploring the stunning mountains and lakes that surround Queenstown, finding inspiration and refreshment in the region’s natural beauty.
With a deep commitment to excellence, Oliver is excited to lead the Food & Beverage team at The Rees, ensuring every guest’s dining experience is both memorable and unique.
