Carina joined The Rees in April 2025. She brings with her a wealth of accounting expertise.

Having called Queenstown home for the past 11 years, Carina has a deep understanding of the unique environment we operate in. Having held senior finance roles across the region, Carina’s local insight and industry knowledge give her a strong foundation in both operational and strategic finance.

Originally from Auckland, and with periods in Sydney and Adelaide, she has gained extensive experience in both premium hospitality and the property industry giving her a broad and practical understanding of finance in dynamic, people-focused environments.

She’s passionate about building relationships and helping businesses thrive with clear, practical financial support — all while balancing life as a mum of two boys and embracing the outdoor lifestyle!
