The role
Part of a small and busy team, you’ll be involved with every aspect of the people and culture function, from recruitment and onboarding to off-boarding and everything in between. This role requires exceptional administration and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the integrity to work respectfully with confidential information.
This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed.
Key responsibilities include
Day to day administration and reporting
Co-ordinating all recruitment activity, loading job advertisements, maintaining the recruitment website and providing support to managers with recruitment processes such as screening applications and reference checks
Preparation of employment agreements and on-boarding documentation
Organising the full cycle of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Assisting with payroll preparation
Assisting with the planning of staff workshops, training programmes and events
Assisting with the administration of the hotel's health and safety system
Providing active support for all sustainability initiatives across the hotel
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
What we’re looking for
Exceptional administration skills with a strong eye for detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Strong organisational abilities
Ability to multitask and produce a high volume of work with speed and accuracy
Resourceful and versatile with the willingness to be involved with activities across the hotel
