Whitney joined The Rees team in August 2025, bringing a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Having lived in Queenstown for over eight years, she has developed a deep understanding of the local community and its unique dynamics.

Prior to joining The Rees, Whitney held strategic marketing and community engagement roles. Her experience across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors gives her a broad perspective on organisational culture and employee engagement.

In her role, Whitney fosters a positive, inclusive culture and supports initiatives that help every team member feel valued and connected.

Outside of work, Whitney enjoys playing netball, staying active, and has a keen interest in food and cooking.
