Since then, she has gained valuable experience in Front Office Operations across the UK and New Zealand, always focusing on people’s well-being and creating a fun, supportive, and comfortable work environment. After 14 years of working in five-star hotels, Katharina has recently joined the HR team, where she continues to bring her passion for people, service, and a positive workplace culture.
When she’s not at work, you can find her exploring New Zealand’s outdoors and enjoying an active lifestyle in Queenstown.
