You will bring experience from housekeeping, food and beverage, front of house and/or kitchen operations and be keen to develop your skill set and progress your career.
You will have a primary department assigned but can expect to be working across multiple areas of the hotel as guest requirements demand.
These are permanent roles for the upcoming season and we’re recruiting for 15 positions.

Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Ensuring rooms and public areas are maintained to our established standards
- Service and service preparations in our food and beverage outlets, ensuring guests receive a truly memorable experience
- Cleaning food preparation and service handling areas and food and beverage equipment with an emphasis on impeccable hygiene practices
- Assisting guests with baggage on arrival and departure and providing support with check-in and check-out procedures
- Operating guest shuttles and driving company vehicles
- Assisting maintenance team with detail cleaning and project work across the hotel
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Office and/or Kitchen
- Full driver licence desirable, with P endorsement beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with guests and staff
- Strong English language skills, written and verbal
- High level of initiative, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
